April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. The goal of the campaign is to promote prevention of child abuse and neglect through improved parenting and community engagement.

THEREFORE….

Knowledge Is Power Charitable Foundation needs YOUR help.  The goal of this festival is to create a fun and compassionate environment where children and families can gain knowledge that can be applied wisely; knowledge that can be used to create healthy relationships at home, at work and in our communities.

The mission of Knowledge Is Power is to provide prevention and intervention programs for children and families, giving them a choice and a chance to break the cycles of violence, substance abuse, delinquency, delayed education, unemployment, homelessness and poverty.
